Gerdt G. Gommlich
Gerdt Gommlich joined PKCie in 2010. His career in human resources started back in 1972
and led him through several international stages with line responsibility into the Director
Human Resources Europe function at Tandem Computers Inc. in London. In 1987, Gerdt switched
to the executive search business, where he held positions as Branch Head of DPSC and
Baumgartner & Partner as well as Managing Director of well-known consulting firms.
From 2002 on, Gerdt broadened his activities more and more into issues of corporate strategy
and transformation, leadership, organizational development, performance management, and strategic
human resources. He implemented a professional human resources management within a PPP environment
and, for more than six years, ran international change management projects, e.g. in Mid East.
